Scoirfidh mír (1) d' Airteagal 5 den Phríomh-Ordú d'éifeacht a bheith léi maidir leis an limistéar díolmhaithe, agus a mhéid ::I bhaineann sí leis an limistéar díolmhaithe forléireofar mír (2) den Airteagal 5 sin agus beidh éifeacht léi amhail is dá gcuirfí" Airteagail 3 agus 4 den Ordú um Péarslaí, 1980" in ionad "mír (1) den Airteagal seo".
Paragraph (1) of Article 5 of the Principal Order shall cease to have effect as regards the exempted area, and in so far as it applies to the exempted area paragraph (2) of the said Article 5 shall be construed and have effect as if for "paragraph (1) of this Article" there were substituted "Articles 3 and 4 of the Warble Fly Order, 1980".

(3) For the purposes of this Order any document accompanying an imported animal which certifies that the animal has been treated for warbles under an official warble fly eradication scheme in the country from which it is imported may, at the Minister's discretion, be deemed to be a certificate of treatment.
