(c) tráth ar bith, aon bhacainn sa scéith-gheata a ghabhas le haon mhuileann nó monarcha nuair is gá do réir dlí an scéith-gheata sin a bheith ar oscailt,
( c ) at any time, any obstruction in the waste gate appurtenant to any mill or factory when such waste gate is required by law to be open,
(c) aon tráth, aon bhacainn sa scéith-gheata atá ag gabháil le haon mhuileann nó monarcha nuair a cheanglaítear le halt 122 an scéith-gheata sin a bheith oscailte,
( c ) at any time, any obstruction in the waste gate appurtenant to any mill or factory when such waste gate is required by section 122, to be open,
(c) aon tráth, aon bhacainn sa scéith-gheata atá ag gabháil le haon mhuileann nó monarcha nuair a cheanglaítear le halt 122 an scéith-gheata sin a bheith oscailte,
( c ) at any time, any obstruction in the waste gate appurtenant to any mill or factory when such waste gate is required, by section 122, to be open,
(b) mura bhfuil aon bhealach éisc sa damba a bhaineas leis an muileann agus go bhfuil an scéith-gheata ar an taobh aghaidh-le-sruth de na roth-shliúsanna suite i gcainéal atá oiriúnach le haghaidh gluaiseachta éisc, coimeádfar na roth-shliúsanna dúnta agus an scéithgheata sin oscailte—
( b ) in case there is no fish pass in the dam belonging to the mill and the waste gate on the upstream side of the wheel sluices is erected in a channel suitable for the passage of fish, the wheel sluices shall be kept shut and the said waste gate kept open—
(b) mura bhfuil iasc-bhealach sa damba a bhaineann leis an muileann agus má tá an scéith-gheata ar an taobh aghaidh le sruth de na roth-shliúsanna curtha suas i gcainéal atá oiriúnach do ghluaiseacht éisc, coimeádfar na roth-shliúsanna dúnta agus an scéith-gheata sin oscailte—
( b ) in case there is no fish pass in the dam belonging to the mill and the waste gate on the upstream side of the wheel sluices is erected in a channel suitable for the passage of fish, the wheel sluices shall be kept shut and the said waste gate kept open—
