Comhaontú maidir leis na socruithe idir an Íoslainn, Prionsacht Lichtinstéin, Ríocht na hIorua agus Ríocht Aontaithe na Breataine Móire agus Thuaisceart Éireann tar éis don Ríocht Aontaithe tarraingt siar as an Aontas Eorpach, as Comhaontú LEE agus as comhaontuithe eile is infheidhme idir an Ríocht Aontaithe agus Stáit CSTE LEE de bhua bhallraíocht na Ríochta Aontaithe san Aontas Eorpach a síníodh i Londain an 28 Eanáir 2020.

Luaitear in Airteagal 32 den Chomhaontú maidir leis na socruithe idir an Íoslainn, Prionsacht Lichtinstéin, Ríocht na hIorua agus Ríocht Aontaithe na Breataine Móire agus Thuaisceart Éireann tar éis don Ríocht Aontaithe tarraingt siar as an Aontas Eorpach, i gComhaontú LEE agus i socruithe eile is infheidhme idir an Ríocht Aontaithe agus Stáit CSTE LEE de bhua bhallraíocht na Ríochta Aontaithe san Aontas Eorpach (“Comhaontú Idirscartha”) go mbeidh feidhm ag forálacha Theideal III de Chuid II den Chomhaontú Idirscartha maidir le saoránaigh den Aontas, ar choinníoll go mbeidh comhaontuithe comhfhreagracha tugtha i gcrích agus á gcur i bhfeidhm ag an Aontas leis an Ríocht Aontaithe, a mbeidh feidhm acu maidir le náisiúnaigh de CSTE LEE, chomh maith le comhaontuithe le Stáit CSTE LEE a mbeidh feidhm acu maidir le náisiúnaigh den Ríocht Aontaithe.
Article 32 of the Agreement on arrangements between Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the UnitedKingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland following the withdrawal of the UnitedKingdom from the European Union, the EEA Agreement and other agreements applicable between the UnitedKingdom and the EEA EFTA States by virtue of the UnitedKingdom’s membership of the European Union (‘Separation Agreement’) states that the provisions of Title III of Part Two of the Separation Agreement shall apply to Union citizens, provided that the Union has concluded and applies corresponding agreements with the UnitedKingdom which apply to EEA EFTA nationals, as well as with the EEA EFTA States which apply to UnitedKingdom nationals.

“Separation Agreement” means Agreement on arrangements between Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the UnitedKingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland following the withdrawal of the UnitedKingdom from the European Union, the EEA Agreement and other agreements applicable between the UnitedKingdom and the EEA EFTA States by virtue of the UnitedKingdom’s membership of the European Union;
