    Sa chinntiú dá dtagraítear sa chéad fhomhír, féadfaidh an Coimisiún a mheas freisin an léirítear na caighdeáin CPSS-IOSCO sin a comhaontaíodh go hidirnáisiúnta leis na socruithe dlíthiúla agus maoirseachta tríú tír, sa mhéid nach mbeidh na caighdeáin sin ag teacht salach ar na ceanglais a leagtar síos sa Rialachán seo.

    In making the determination referred to in the first subparagraph, the Commission may also consider whether the legal and supervisory arrangements of a third country reflect the internationally agreed CPSS-IOSCO standards, in so far as the latter do not conflict with the requirements laid down in this Regulation.
