    For each individual test vehicle undergoing a road load test, the granting type-approval authority shall determine the road load test result (CO2 ratio) as the ratio of CO2, in-service verification determined in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 of this Article, to the combined CO2 emission value, or, in case of an OVC-HEV, the combined charge sustaining CO2 emission value, recorded in entry 49 of the certificate of conformity of that vehicle (CO2, CoC).
