With a view to the implementation of the EU Strategy against the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, the EU shall support the implementation and universalisation of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction (the ‘CWC’) through an operational action.
