De réir mar a shamhlaítear sa Rialachán, déanfaidh an Coimisiún tuarascáil bhliantúil a thíolacadh do Pharlaimint na hEorpa agus don Chomhairle maidir leis an gComhaontú Saorthrádála (CST) idir an AE agus an Chóiré agus beidh sé toilteanach aon saincheisteanna a eascróidh as cur chun feidhme an Chomhaontaithe a phlé le coiste freagrach Pharlaimint na hEorpa.
As envisaged in the Regulation, the Commission will present a yearly report to the European Parliament and the Council on the implementation of the EU-Korea FTA and will be ready to discuss with the responsible committee of the European Parliament any issues arising from the implementation of the Agreement.
