Ról an Údaráis Eorpaigh Maoirseachta GNSS
The role of the European GNSS Supervisory Authority
(5) I bhfianaise an laghdaithe atá ar a réimse gníomhaíochtaí, níor cheart go dtabharfaí "an tÚdarás Eorpach Maoirseachta GNSS" ar an Údarás a thuilleadh ach ba cheart "an Ghníomhaireacht Eorpach GNSS" a thabhairt air ("an Ghníomhaireacht" anseo feasta).
(5) In view of its reduced sphere of activity, the Authority should no longer be called the "European GNSS Supervisory Authority", but rather the "European GNSS Agency" (hereinafter the "Agency").
Ar fud Rialachán (CE) Uimh. 683/2008, cuirfear an leagan cuí gramadaí de na focail "an Ghníomhaireacht Eorpach GNSS" agus "an Ghníomhaireacht", faoi seach, in ionad an leagain chomhfhreagraigh de na focail "Údarás Eorpach Maoirseoireachta GNSS", "Údarás Eorpach Maoirseachta GNSS" agus "an tÚdaras".
Throughout Regulation (EC) No 683/2008, the words "European GNSS Supervisory Authority" and "Authority" shall be replaced by "European GNSS Agency" and "Agency" respectively.
(2) Le Rialachán (CE) Uimh. 1321/2004 ón gComhairle an 12 Iúil 2004 maidir le struchtúir bhainistíochta a bhunú do na cláir Eorpacha um loingseoireacht satailíte [3], bunaíodh gníomhaireacht Chomhphobail, ar a dtugtar an tÚdarás Eorpach Maoirseachta GNSS ("An tÚdarás" anseo feasta).
(2) Council Regulation (EC) No 1321/2004 of 12 July 2004 on the establishment of structures for the management of the European satellite radio-navigation programmes [3], established a Community agency, called the European GNSS Supervisory Authority (hereinafter the "Authority").
Éilíonn rialachas fónta poiblí chláir Galileo agus EGNOS, ar an gcéad dul síos, go ndéanfaí freagrachtaí a roinnt go comhionann idir an Coimisiún, Údarás Eorpach Maoirseoireachta GNSS (dá ngairfear "an tÚdarás" anseo feasta) agus an GES, agus ar an dara dul síos, go ndéanfadh an Comhphobal, a bhfuil an Coimisiún mar ionadaí air, bainistiú na gclár a áirithiú.
Sound public governance of the Galileo and EGNOS programmes requires, first, that there is a strict division of responsibilities between the Commission, the European GNSS Supervisory Authority (hereinafter the Authority) and ESA and, second, that the Community, represented by the Commission, ensures the management of the programmes.
