—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 .

"the Act of 1965" means the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 ;

(a) trí “agus sna hionaid ina bhfuil na tionscail tuaithe atá in ionaid lasmuigh den Ghaeltacht” a chur isteach i mír (bi) (a cuireadh isteach san alt sin leis an Acht um Thionscail na Gaeltachta (Leasú), 1965 ) i ndiaidh “sa Ghaeltacht”, agus
( a ) the insertion in paragraph (bi) (inserted by the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 ) after "Gaeltacht" of "and in the existing locations of the rural industries located outside the Gaeltacht", and

(b) trí “chúig mhíle punt nó cibé suim is airde ná sin, gan í a dhul thar dheich míle punt, a údaróidh an tAire le toiliú an Aire Airgeadais” a chur i mír (bii) (a cuireadh isteach san alt sin leis an Acht um Thionscail na Gaeltachta (Leasú), 1965 , a dúradh) in ionad “dhá mhíle punt”.
( b ) the substitution in paragraph (bii) (inserted by the said Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 ) of "five thousand pounds or such higher amount, not exceeding ten thousand pounds, as may be authorised by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance" for "two thousand pounds".
