In view of the above findings, namely the presence of spare capacity in the PRC, the attractiveness of the Union market and the expected price levels of imports from the PRC in the absence of antidumping measures and their impact on the Union industry, it is concluded that the absence of the measures would in all likelihood result in a significant increase of dumped imports from the PRC at injurious prices and material injury originally caused by dumped imports form the PRC would be likely to recur.
