Beidh an seasamh atá le glacadh thar ceann an Aontais i dtionól chruinniú bliantúil an Choiste um Rialú Stáit ar Chalafoirt (“PSCC”) arna bhunú le Meabhrán Comhthuisceana Pháras um Rialú Stáit ar Chalafoirt (“Meabhrán Comhthuisceana Pháras”), le linn na tréimhse 2020-2024, nuair a iarrtar ar an gcomhlacht sin cinntí a ghlacadh a bhfuil éifeachtaí dlíthiúla leo, i gcomhréir leis na prionsabail treoracha agus treoshuíonna ar an seasamh atá le glacadh thar cheann an Aontais i dtionól PSCC.
The position to be adopted on the Union’s behalf within the annual meetings of the Port State Control Committee (‘PSCC’) of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control (the ‘Paris MOU’), during the period 2020–2024, when the PSCC is called upon to adopt decisions having legal effects, shall be in accordance with the guiding principles and orientations on the position to be adopted on the Union’s behalf within the PSCC.

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the Port State Control Committee (‘PSCC’) of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control (‘Paris MOU’) as regards the Russian Federation’s membership of the Paris MOU shall be the following:
