Draw up a roadmap for the ratification and implementation of multilateral environmental agreements, including among others the UNECE Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes, the Protocols to the Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution (Protocol to Abate Acidification, Eutrophication and Ground-level Ozone, Protocol on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and Protocol on Heavy Metals), and the UNECE Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents.
