Déanfar an Prótacal ar Reacht Chúirt Bhreithiúnais an Aontais Eorpaigh, an Prótacal maidir le suímh institiúidí an Aontais Eorpaigh agus suímh comhlachtaí, oifigí, gníomhaireachtaí agus ranna áirithe de chuid an Aontais Eorpaigh a shocrú, an Prótacal maidir le hAirteagal 40.3.3 de Bhunreacht na hÉireann agus an Prótacal ar phribhléidí agus díolúintí an Aontais Eorpaigh a chur i gceangal freisin leis an gConradh ag bunú an Chomhphobail Eorpaigh do Fhuinneamh Adamhach;
The Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Protocol on the location of the seats of the institutions and of certain bodies, offices, agencies and departments of the European Union, the Protocol on Article 40.3.3 of the Constitution of Ireland and the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Union shall also be annexed to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community;
