Where exceptional and critical circumstances arise within the meaning of Article 25(4)(b) and Article 26(4) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 38(4)(b) and Article 39(4) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the Commission may take immediate measures as provided for in Articles 25 and 26 of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Articles 38 and 39 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 7fa(4) of this Regulation, or in cases of urgency, in accordance with Article 7fa(5) of this Regulation.

The Commission should adopt immediately applicable implementing acts where, in duly justified cases relating to exceptional and critical circumstances arising within the meaning of Article 24(4)(b) and Article 25(4) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 37(4)(b) and Article 38(4) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, imperative grounds of urgency so require.

Detailed rules for the implementation of Article 14(2) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 27(2) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, concerning the tariff quota for 'baby-beef' products shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 7fa(4) of this Regulation.".

Más rud é, de bhun Airteagal 29 den Chomhaontú Cobhsaíochta agus Comhlachais agus de bhun Airteagal 16 den Chomhaontú Eatramhach, go ndéantar lamháltais bhreise do tháirgí iascaigh a dheonú laistigh de na taraif-chuótaí, déanfaidh an Coimisiún rialacha mionsonraithe maidir le cur chun feidhme na dtaraif-chuótaí sin a ghlacadh i gcomhréir leis an nós imeachta scrúdúcháin a leagtar amach in Airteagal 7fa(4) den Rialachán seo.".
If additional concessions for fishery products are granted within tariff quotas, pursuant to Article 29 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement and Article 16 of the Interim Agreement, detailed rules for the implementation of those tariff quotas shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 7fa(4) of this Regulation.".
