I bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dom le halt 6(1) den Acht Radio-Thelegrafaíochta, 1926 (Uimh. 45 de 1926), arna leasú leis an Acht Radio-Thelegrafaíochta, 1956 (Uimh. 4 de 1956) agus le toiliú an Aire Airgeadais, déanaimse, AILBHE MAC RAGHNAILL, Aire Poist agus Telegrafa, leis seo na Rialacháin seo a leanas:
I, ALBERT REYNOLDS, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1926 (No. 45 of 1926), as amended by the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1956 (No. 4 of 1956) and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

(3) Forléireofar an Príomh-Acht (arna leasú leis an Acht Radio-Thelegrafaíochta, 1956, leis an Acht um Údarás Craolacháin, 1960 , agus leis an Acht um Údarás Craolacháin, 1966) agus an tAcht seo le chéile mar aon Acht amháin.
(3) The Principal Act (as amended by the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1956 , the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 , and the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1966) and this Act shall be construed together as one Act.
