Níor cheart do rud ar bith sa Rialachán seo cosc a chur ar a mheas go dtagann ainmhithe de phór áirithe atá taifeadta i gcuid fhorlíontach de phórleabhar faoi raon feidhme thiomantais an bhirt agra-comhshaoil-aeráide dá dtagraítear in Airteagal 28 de Rialachán (AE) Uimh. 1305/2013 ó Pharlaimint na hEorpa agus ón gComhairle [16] agus dá réir sin go bhfuil siad incháilithe le haghaidh tacaíocht a fháil ó na húdaráis náisiúnta nó réigiúnacha faoina gcláir forbartha tuaithe.
Nothing in this Regulation should prevent animals recorded in a supplementary section of a breeding book of a certain breed from falling under the scope of the commitments of the agri-environment-climate measure referred to in Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council [16] and thus being eligible for support by the national or regional authorities under their rural development programmes.
