—(1) An lá ceaptha beidh Roinn Stáit arna bunú ar a dtabharfar mar theideal agus dá ngairfear An Roinn Saothair nó (i mBéarla) the Department of Labour.
—(1) On the appointed day a Department of State to be styled and known as An Roinn Saothair or (in English) the Department of Labour shall stand established.
