    In its opinion, the Commission found that Belgium should further improve the working of its balancing markets by amending its scarcity pricing scheme by considering applying the scarcity pricing function also to balancing service providers (BSPs) as mentioned in recital (62), but also recognised that several improvements have been recently implemented or are planned to be implemented.
