Measfar dearbhú dócmhainneachta a bheith ar áireamh in achainí féimheachta a chomhdóidh aon fhéichiúnaí, agus ní gá aon dearbhú den sórt sin sa chás sin.

A petition of bankruptcy filed by any debtor shall be deemed to include a declaration of insolvency, and no such declaration shall in such case be necessary.

Féadfaidh aon fhéichiúnaí dearbhú ar a dhócmhainneacht a chomhdú san fhoirm fhorordaithe, agus síneoidh an féichiúnaí an dearbhú sin i láthair aturnae éigin, a dhéanfaidh cineál agus éifeacht an dearbhaithe sin a chur in iúl don fhéichiúnaí sin agus a chuirfidh a ainm leis mar fhinné ar a chuí-fhorghníomhú, agus comhdóidh sé mionnscríbhinn san fhoirm fhorordaithe ag fíorú an dearbhaithe dócmhainneachta sin.

Any debtor may file a declaration of his insolvency in the prescribed form, and such declaration shall be signed by the debtor in the presence of some solicitor, who shall inform such debtor of the nature and effect thereof and shall subscribe his name as witness to the due execution thereof, and file an affidavit in the prescribed form verifying such declaration of insolvency.
