An operator shall provide the flag Member State with a copy of the agreed final conditions between him and the third country, including a copy of the direct authorisation.

Má chuireann tríú tír an Coimisiún ar an eolas go bhfuil cinneadh déanta aici údarú díreach i leith soitheach iascaireachta de chuid an Aontais a eisiúint, a dhiúltú, a fhionraí nó a tharraingt siar, cuirfidh an Coimisiún an Ballstát brataí ar an eolas dá réir sin láithreach.
If a third country informs the Commission that it has decided to issue, refuse, suspend or withdraw a direct authorisation to a Union fishing vessel, the Commission shall immediately inform the flag Member State accordingly.

As rules on transhipment outside Union are laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009, Chapter VI of Title II of Regulation (EU) 2017/2403, setting out rules on transhipment on the high seas and under direct authorisation, has become redundant and should be deleted.
