In order to take account of technical progress, changes in international regulations or specifications and knowledge with regard to display screen equipment, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission to make strictly technical amendments to the Annex to Directive 90/270/EEC.
Tugtar de chumhacht don Choimisiún gníomhartha tarmligthe a ghlacadh i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 10a chun leasuithe teicniúla amháin a dhéanamh ar an Iarscríbhinn chun aird a thabhairt ar dhul chun cinn teicniúil, forbairtí i rialacháin nó sonraíochtaí idirnáisiúnta agus eolas faoi threalamh scáileán taispeána.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 10a to make strictly technical amendments to the Annex, in order to take account of technical progress, developments in international regulations or specifications and knowledge in the field of display screen equipment.
