    ciallaíonn "fionchaora dhá fheidhm" fíonchaora a shaothraítear ó chineálacha fíniúna atá liostaithe in aicmiú na gcineálacha fíniúna arna dhéanamh ag na Ballstáit i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 120a(2) go (6) de Rialachán (CE) Uimh. 1234/2007 ón gComhairle an 22 Deireadh Fómhair 2007 lena mbunaítear comheagrú na margaí talmhaíochta agus maidir le forálacha sonracha do tháirgí áirithe talmhaíochta (Rialachán CEM Aonair) [9], agus, i dtaca leis an aonad riaracháin céanna, go ndéantar iad a shaothrú mar chineálacha fíonchaor fíona agus, de réir mar a bheidh, mar chineálacha fíona bord, mar chineálacha a bhaineann le táirgeadh fíona triomaithe nó mar chineálacha a bhaineann le táirgeadh biotáille fíona;

    "dual-purpose grapes" means grapes from vine varieties listed in the classification of vine varieties drawn up by Member States in accordance with Article 120a(2) to (6) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) [9] that are produced, for the same administrative unit, both as wine grape varieties and, as the case may be, as table grape varieties, varieties for the production of dried grapes or varieties for the production of wine spirits;
