gur cheart, agus an scéal mar a bheidh an uair sin, gach ceann no aon cheann de sna rátaí, de sna dleachta, de sna custuim no de sna héilithe a luaidhtear sa Sceideal a ghabhann leis an Ordú so d'ath-scrúdú no d'atharú no do leigint ar lár no an Sceideal san do leathnú tré n-a thuille rátaí, dleacht, custum no éilithe do chur leis, féadfaidh an tAire aon uair más oiriúnach leis é, pe'ca tré n-a méadú no tré n-a laigheadú é agus d'ainneoin aon teorann reachtúla no eile bheidh ann, Ordú do dhéanamh ag ath-scrúdú no ag atharú no ag leigint ar lár gach ceann no aon cheann de sna rátaí, de sna dleachta, de sna custuim no de sna héilithe sin roimhráite no an fhorais gur dá réir a gearrtar na rátaí, na dleachta, na custuim no na héilithe sin, no ag leathnú an Sceidil sin tré n-a thuille rátaí, dleacht, custum, no éilithe do chur leis, agus féadfa sé an lá o n-a mbeidh éifeacht ag an Ordú san do cheapa agus as san amach cólíonfar an tOrdú san go dtí go ragha sé in éag no go gceiliúrfar no go n-atharófar é le hOrdú eile ón Aire a déanfar do réir an ailt seo.
that in the circumstances then existing all or any of the rates dues tolls or charges specified in the Schedule to this Order should be revised modified or omitted or that the said Schedule should be extended by the addition thereto of further rates dues tolls or charges the Minister may whether by way of increase or decrease and notwithstanding any statutory or other limitation existing if he thinks fit at any time make an Order revising modifying or omitting all or any of such rates dues tolls or charges as aforesaid or the basis on which such rates dues tells or charges are levied or extending the said Schedule by the addition thereto of further rates dues tolls or charges and may fix the date as from which such Order shall take effect and thenceforth such Order shall be observed until the same expires or is revoked or modified by a further Order of the Minister made in pursuance of this section.
