Large scale pilot projects between Member States and co-financed by the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme [9], such as PEPPOL, STORK, epSOS, eCODEX or SPOCS, have validated key cross-border digital services in the internal market, based on common building blocks, which are being consolidated by the project eSENS.
