(16) D’fhonn rochtain ar cheartas a éascú, ba cheart gurbh ionann na costais a bhainfeadh le dul i muinín oifigigh bhreithiúnaigh nó duine inniúil faoi dhlí an Bhallstáit a ndírítear air agus táille shocraithe aonair a bheadh leagtha síos ag an mBallstát sin roimh ré agus a thugann aird ar phrionsabal na comhréireachta agus ar phrionsabal an neamh-idirdhealaithe.
(16) In order to facilitate access to justice, costs occasioned by recourse to a judicial officer or a person competent under the law of the Member State addressed should correspond to a single fixed fee laid down by that Member State in advance which respects the principles of proportionality and non-discrimination.
