    De mhaolú ar phointe 145.A.50(a) agus ar phointe 145.A.42, nuair a choinnítear aerárthach ar talamh ag suíomh seachas an príomhstáisiún gnáthchothabhála nó an príomhionad cothabhála toisc nach bhfuil comhpháirt leis an deimhniú scaoilte iomchuí ar fáil, an eagraíocht a bhfuil conradh aici cothabháil a dhéanamh ar an aerárthach sin, féadfaidh sí comhpháirt a fheistiú ar bhonn sealadach gan an deimhniú scaoilte iomchuí ar feadh uastréimhse 30 uair eitilte nó go dtí go bhfillfidh an t-aerárthach ar an bpríomhstáisiún gnáthchothabhála nó an príomhionad cothabhála den chéad uair, cibé acu is luaithe, faoi réir chomhaontú an duine nó na heagraíochta atá freagrach as aeracmhainneacht leanúnach an aerárthaigh agus faoi réir deimhniú scaoilte oiriúnach a bheith ag an gcomhpháirt sin ach mura bhfuil, í a bheith i gcomhréir le gach ceanglas cothabhála agus oibríochta is infheidhme.

    By way of derogation from point 145.A.50(a) and point 145.A.42, when an aircraft is grounded at a location other than the main line station or main maintenance base due to the non-availability of a component with the appropriate release certificate, the organisation contracted for the maintenance of that aircraft may temporarily fit a component without the appropriate release certificate for a maximum of 30 flight hours or until the aircraft first returns to the main line station or main maintenance base, whichever is the sooner, subject to the agreement of the person or organisation responsible for the aircraft’s continuing airworthiness and subject to that component having a suitable release certificate but otherwise in compliance with all applicable maintenance and operational requirements.

    for which a driving licence of category D or D1 is required and which are driven without passengers by maintenance personnel to or from a maintenance centre situated in the vicinity of the nearest maintenance base which is used by the transport operator, provided that driving the vehicle does not constitute the driver's principal activity;
