    Mura gcomhlíonfar ordú, urghaire nó breithiúnas sainordaitheach chun aon chonradh a shainchomhlíonadh, féadfaidh an Breitheamh, i dteannta nó in ionad imeachtaí i leith díspeagadh i gcoinne an pháirtí easumhail, a ordú go bhféadfaidh an páirtí a fuair an breithiúnas nó an t-ordú, nó duine éigin eile a cheapfaidh an Chúirt, an gníomh a cheanglaítear a dhéanamh a dhéanamh a mhéid is féidir, ar chostas an pháirtí easumhail, agus ar an ngníomh a bheith déanta, féadfar na costais a tabhaíodh a fhionnadh i cibé slí a ordóidh an Breitheamh, agus féadfar forghníomhú a eisiúint i leith na suime a fhionnfar amhlaidh, agus i leith cibé suime, más ann, a dhámhfaidh an Breitheamh i leith costas.

    If a mandatory order, injunction, or judgment for the specific performance of any contract be not complied with, the Judge, in addition to or in lieu of proceedings against the disobedient party for contempt, may direct that the act required to be done may be done, so far as practicable, by the party by whom the judgment or order has been obtained, or by some other person appointed by the Court, at the cost of the disobedient party, and upon the act being done, the expenses incurred may be ascertained in such manner as the Judge may direct, and execution may issue for the amount so ascertained, and for such sum, if any, for costs as the Judge may award.

    (3) The Court may make an order (including a mandatory order) under subsection (2) if the Court is satisfied that the compliance sought is reasonably necessary to enable the participating institution concerned to comply with the requirement or direction under section 80, 81 or 82.

    If a mandamus, granted in an action or otherwise, or a mandatory order, injunction, or judgment for the specific performance of any contract be not complied with, the Court, besides or instead of proceedings against the disobedient party for contempt, may direct that the act required to be done may be done so far as practicable by the party by whom the judgment or order has been obtained, or some other person appointed by the Court, at the cost of the disobedient party, and upon the act being done, the expenses incurred may be ascertained in such manner as the Court may direct, and execution may issue for the amount so ascertained, and costs.
