Na táillí a luaitear san Airteagal seo is táillí iad de bhreis ar na táillí ar dheimhniú trealaimh shábháilteachta, ar dheimhniú sábháilteachta teoranta agus ar dheimhniú trealaimh shábháilteachta teoranta.
The fees mentioned in this Article are in addition to the fee for a safety equipment certificate, a qualified safety certificate and a qualified safety equipment certificate.
(b) deimhniú ginearálta, deimhniú sábháilteachta gearrthurais, deimhniú sábháilteachta teoranta nó deimhniú sábháilteachta gearrthurais teoranta dá dtagraítear in alt 20 d’Acht 1952 a eisiúint,
(b) the issue of a general certificate, short voyage safety certificate, a qualified safety certificate or a qualified short voyage safety certificate as referred to in section 20 of the Act of 1952,

and any safety certificate and exemption certificate issued under this sub-section are hereafter in this Part of this Act respectively referred to as "a qualified safety certificate" and "a passenger steamer's exemption certificate."
(iii) deimhniú teoranta sábháltachta agus deimhniú saoirse galtáin phaisnéara, eadhon, deimhniú no deimhnithe is infheidhmithe, do réir téarmaí an chéanna, maidir leis an turus ar a mbeidh an long chun dul agus leis an trádáil dá mbeidh sí ag gabháil de thurus na huaire;
(iii) a qualified safety certificate and passenger steamer's exemption certificate, being a certificate or certificates which by the terms thereof is or are applicable to the voyage on which the ship is about to proceed and to the trade in which she is for the time being engaged;

and any certificate issued under paragraph (b) of this subsection is hereafter in this Act referred to as a qualified safety certificate or a qualified short voyage safety certificate, as the case may be.

(1) Any general safety certificate, short-voyage safety certificate, qualified safety certificate, passenger steamer's exemption certificate, wireless telegraphy certificate or wireless telegraphy exemption certificate in force in respect of any ship at the commencement of this Act shall continue in force until the date shown on the certificate, subject however to any cancellation of the certificate under the Principal Act or this Act;
—(1) Más rud é, le linn bheith ar aon turas eadarnáisiúnta do ghaltán paisnéirí atá cláraithe sa Stát agus a bhfuil deimhniú sábháltachta ginearálta, deimhniú sábháltachta gearr-thurais, deimhniú sábháltachta tóranta nó deimhniú sábháltachta gearrthurais tóranta i bhfeidhm ina leith, gur lú an líon iomlán daoine atá ar bord uirthi ná an líon a bhfuil luaite sa deimhniú sin gurb é an líon é a bhfuil fearais tarrthála ar an ngaltán ina gcóir, féadfaidh an tAire, ar mháistir an ghaltáin dá iarraidh sin, meabhrán d'eisiúint á rá cad é an líon iomlán daoine atá á n-iompar ar an ngaltán ar an turas sin, agus cad iad na modhnuithe a féadfar a dhéanamh dá dhroim sin, chun críocha an turais sin, ar na sonraí maidir le fearais tarrthála atá luaite sa deimhniú, agus ceanglófar an meabhrán sin den deimhniú.
—(1) If, on any international voyage, a passenger steamer registered in the State in respect of which a general safety certificate, a short voyage safety certificate, a qualified safety certificate or a qualified short voyage safety certificate is in force has on board a total number of persons less than the number stated in that certificate to be the number for which the life-saving appliances on the steamer provide, the Minister may, at the request of the master of the steamer, issue a memorandum stating the total number of persons carried on the steamer on that voyage, and the consequent modifications which may be made for the purpose of that voyage in the particulars with respect to life-saving appliances stated in the certificate, and that memorandum shall be annexed to the certificate.
