Íocfaidh an rannpháirtí, an lá deimhnithe ar ar críochnaíodh an líne mhalartáin, ranníoc comhréireach, a mbeidh an coibhneas céanna idir é agus an ranníoc ráithiúil iomchuí agus atá idir an tréimhse dar tús an lá sin agus dar críoch an lá díreach roimh an lá a mbeidh an chéad ranníoc ráithiúil dlite agus an tréimhse ráithiúil dar críoch an lá sin roimh sin agus ina theannta sin, i gcás urrús i bhfoirm suim airgid a éileamh de bhun forálacha Rialachán 34 de na Rialacháin seo, cibé urrús de cibé suim airgid a chinn an tAire.
The subscriber shall pay on the certified day of completion of the exchange line proportionate subscription bearing the same proportion to the appropriate quarterly subscription as the period commencing on that day and ending on the day immediately preceding the day on which the first quarterly subscription becomes due bears to the quarterly period ending on the said preceding day and in addition, if security in the form of a sum of money has been demanded pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34 of these Regulations, such security of such amount as may have been determined by the Minister.
