D'fhéadfadh sé go mbeadh gá le coigeartuithe d'fhonn a áirithiú go bhfreagraíonn fíorastaíochtaí do na hastaíochtaí a thomhaistear agus an cineálcheadú á dhéanamh.

Revisions may be necessary to ensure that real world emissions correspond to those measured at type approval.

De bharr a thábhachtaí is atá sé fíorastaíochtaí a shrianadh, ba chóir don Choimisiún na ceanglais do na córais sin agus na tairseacha lamháltais maidir le monatóireacht ar lochtanna a choimeád faoi bhreithniú.

Due to the importance of controlling real world emissions, the Commission should keep under review the requirements for such systems and the tolerance thresholds for monitoring faults.

De bharr na tábhachta a bhaineann le rialú a dhéanamh ar fhíorastaíochtaí, ba cheart don Choimisiún athbhreithniú leanúnach a dhéanamh ar na ceanglais maidir leis na córais sin agus ar na tairseacha lamháltais maidir le faireachán ar fhabhtanna.

Má shuíonn an t-athbhreithniú nach leor iad sin a thuilleadh nó nach bhfreagraíonn siad d'fhíorastaíochtaí, cuirfear in oiriúint iad ionas go léireoidh siad go leormhaith na hastaíochtaí a ghineann an fhíorthiomáint ar an mbóthar.

If the review finds that these are no longer adequate or no longer reflect real world emissions, they shall be adapted so as to adequately reflect the emissions generated by real driving on the road.

Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 on type approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and on access to vehicle repair and maintenance information

D’fhonn a áirithiú go léirítear fíor-astaíochtaí ar bhealach leordhóthanach agus go bhfuil luachanna CO2a thomhaistear inchomparáide go cruinn, ba cheart don Choimisiún a áirithiú go sainmhínítear go dian na heilimintí sin sa nós imeachta tástála a bhfuil tionchar suntasach acu ar astaíochtaí tomhaiste CO2sa chaoi nach n-úsáidfeadh monaróirí an tsolúbthacht sa timthriall tástála.

With a view to ensuring that real world emissions are adequately reflected, and measured CO2values are strictly comparable, the Commission should ensure that those elements in the testing procedure that have a significant influence on measured CO2emissions are strictly defined in order to prevent the utilisation of test cycle flexibilities by manufacturers.

REGULATION (EU) No 333/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 11 March 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 to define the modalities for reaching the 2020 target to reduce CO2 emissions from new passenger cars

  9. #668894

D’fhonn a áirithiú go léireofar fíorastaíochtaí go leordhóthanach agus gurb inchomparáide go hiomlán na luachanna tomhaiste CO2, ba cheart don Choimisiún a áirithiú, ionas nach mbeidh na monaróirí in ann leas a bhaint as solúbthacht i dtimthriall na tástála, go ndéanfar sainmhíniú beacht ar na gnéithe sin den nós imeachta tástála a mbíonn tionchar sonrach acu ar astaíochtaí CO2 tomhaiste.

Ba cheart don Choimisiún measúnú a dhéanamh, thairis sin, ar an gcaoi a bhféadfadh sonraí faoi ídiú breosla agus fuinnimh a bheith ina gcuidiú lena áirithiú go mbeidh astaíochtaí CO2 feithiclí arna gcinneadh i gcomhréir le WLTP ionadaíoch i gcónaí ar fhíorastaíochtaí le himeacht ama do na monaróirí ar fad agus, go sonrach, ar an gcaoi ar féidir na sonraí sin a úsáid chun faireachán a dhéanamh ar an mbearna idir astaíochtaí CO2 arna dtomhas i saotharlann agus fíorastaíochtaí CO2 agus, i gcás inar gá, cosc a chur ar mhéadú na bearna sin.

The Commission should, moreover, assess how fuel and energy consumption data may help to ensure that the vehicle CO2 emissions determined in accordance with the WLTP remain representative of real-world emissions over time for all manufacturers and, more precisely, how such data can be used to monitor the gap between laboratory and real-world CO2 emissions and, where necessary, to prevent this gap from increasing.

Ba cheart na fíorshonraí sin a bhailiú a luaithe a bheidh siad ar fáil, óir tá sé bunriachtanach go sainaithneofaí, a luaithe is féidir, conas a thagann forás ar an difríocht idir na fíorastaíochtaí agus ídiú breosla nó fuinnimh agus na luachanna cineálcheadaithe comhfhreagracha le himeacht ama, chun faireachán a dhéanamh ar a éifeachtaí atá caighdeáin astaíochtaí CO2 i ndáil le hastaíochtaí CO2 feithiclí a laghdú, agus chun an pobal a chur ar an eolas.

Such real-world data should be collected as soon as it becomes available, as it is essential to identify, as early as possible, how the difference between the real-world emissions and fuel or energy consumption and the corresponding type-approval values evolves over time, both for monitoring the effectiveness of the CO2 emission standards in reducing vehicle CO2 emissions, and for informing the public.
