“In the case of organisations which have their principal place of business in an EFTA State and have been recognised on the basis of a request from an EFTA State, the above tasks assigned to the Commission shall be carried out in close cooperation with the EFTA Surveillance Authority. Any preventive and remedial action towards organisations which have their principal place of business in an EFTA State and have been recognised on the basis of a request from an EFTA State shall be taken by the EFTA Surveillance Authority.
