4. The Foundation shall respect the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission concerning internal investigations by the European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF) [18].

The financing of the Support Office should be subject to an agreement by the budgetary authority as set out in point 47 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and sound financial management [5].

(26) Regulation (EC) No 1073/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 concerning investigations conducted by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) [7] should apply without restriction to the Support Office, which should accede to the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the Commission of the European Communities concerning internal investigations by the European Anti-Fraud Office [8].

7. For the first year of operation of the Authority, ending on 31 December 2011, the financing of the Authority by the Union is subject to an agreement by the budgetary authority as provided for in Point 47 of the Interinstitutional Agreement on budgetary discipline and sound financial management.

Tá maoiniú an Údaráis faoi réir a chomhaontaithe ag an údarás buiséadach i gcomhréir le Pointe 47 de Chomhaontú Idirinstitiúideach an 17 Bealtaine 2006 idir Parlaimint na hEorpa, an Chomhairle agus an Coimisiún maidir le smacht buiséadach agus bainistíocht fhónta airgeadais [40].
Union financing of the Authority is subject to an agreement by the budgetary authority in accordance with Point 47 of the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission of 17 May 2006 on budgetary discipline and sound financial management [40].
Ba cheart don Údarás aontú freisin don Chomhaontú Idirinstitiúideach an 25 Bealtaine 1999 idir Parlaimint na hEorpa, Comhairle an Aontais Eorpaigh agus Coimisiún na gComhphobal Eorpach maidir le himscrúduithe inmheánacha arna seoladh ag an Oifig Eorpach Frith-Chalaoise (OLAF) [42].
The Authority should also accede to the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the Commission of the European Communities concerning internal investigations by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) [42].
7. Don chéad bhliain d’oibríocht an Aontais, dar críoch an 31 Nollaig 2011, beidh maoiniú an Údaráis ag an Aontas faoi réir a chomhaontaithe ag an údarás buiséadach de réir mar a fhoráiltear i bPointe 47 de Chomhaontú Idirinstitiúideach maidir leis an smacht buiséadach agus maidir le bainistiú fónta airgeadais.
7. For the first year of operation of the Authority, ending on 31 December 2011, the financing of the Authority by the Union is subject to an agreement by the budgetary authority as provided for in Point 47 of the Interinstitutional Agreement on budgetary discipline and sound financial management.
2. Aontóidh an tÚdarás don Chomhaontú Idirinstitiúideach a bhaineann le himscrúduithe inmheánacha ag OLAF agus glacfaidh sé forálacha iomchuí láithreach maidir le foireann uile an Údaráis.
2. The Authority shall accede to the Interinstitutional Agreement concerning internal investigations by OLAF and shall immediately adopt appropriate provisions for all staff of the Authority.
