Ag tabhairt dá haire, in 2021, go ndearna an Coiste measúnú ar a phlean gníomhaíochta maidir le comhdheiseanna agus éagsúlacht chun straitéis um éagsúlacht agus um chuimsiú uas-scálaithe a sheoladh; á thabhairt faoi deara gur eagraíodh imeachtaí ar líne ar ócáid an Lae Idirnáisiúnta in aghaidh na Homafóibe agus gur ghlac an Coiste páirt i gcomhdháil an Chomhchoiste Idirinstitiúidigh um Chomhdheiseanna agus i líonraí idirinstitiúideacha éagsúla i réimse na héagsúlachta agus na gcomhdheiseanna; ag spreagadh an Choiste chun leanúint dá thacaíocht do tionscnaimh ón mbun aníos a rannchuidíonn le hionad oibre níos ionchuimsithí a dhéanamh den Choiste; á iarraidh ar an gCoiste gníomhaíochtaí sonracha maidir le hearcú agus ionduchtú iarrthóirí faoi mhíchumas a áireamh sa straitéis agus sa phlean gníomhaíochta maidir le héagsúlacht agus cuimsiú atá ar na bacáin agus aird den chineál céanna a thabhairt ar inrochtaineacht agus ar shoghluaisteacht agus athchóiriú foirgneamh á dhéanamh;
Notes that, in 2021, the Committee assessed its action plan for equal opportunities and diversity in order to launch the drawing up of an upscaled diversity and inclusion strategy; observes that online events were organised on the occasion of the International Day against Homophobia and that the Committee took part in the conference of the Inter-Institutional Joint Committee on Equal Opportunities and in various interinstitutional networks in the field of diversity and equal opportunities; encourages the Committee to continue endorsing bottom-up initiatives that contribute to making the Committee a more inclusive workplace; asks the Committee to include, in the upcoming diversity and inclusion strategy and action plan on, specific actions on recruiting and on-boarding of candidates with disabilities and to pay similar attention to accessibility and mobility when carrying out building renovation;
