(3) Déanfaidh duine ar bith a bheidh ag déanamh iarratas ar bith ar chearta póraitheoirí plandaí a dheonú cibé ábhar planda atáirgeach agus ábhar planda eile i cibé cainníocht agus de cibé tuairisc agus cáilíocht a éileoidh an Rialaitheoir go réasúnach, a thabhairt don Rialaitheoir laistigh de cibé tréimhse a shonróidh an Rialaitheoir (ar tréimhse lá is fiche í ar a laghad).
