Os deimhin liom go bhfuil sa talamh a shonraítear in Airteagal 2 den Ordú seo a leanas, ar leis an Aire Iascaigh agus Foraoiseachta agus le Caomhantas Fia-Éan Éireann i gcomhúinéireacht é, ar talamh é lena mbaineann alt 15 den Acht um Fhiadhúlra, 1976 (Uimh. 39 de 1976), talamh--éiceachóras cladaigh agus gnáthóg, a bhfuil tábhacht idirnáisiúnta ag baint leis, i gcás roinnt speiceas d'éan uisce is speicis ar díol spéise iad ó thaobh eolaíochta, lena n-áirítear gé bhánéadanach na Graonlainne agus gur dóigh é do dhul chun tairbhe don ghnáthóg sin bearta a dhéanamh lena cosaint agus gurb inmhianaithe an talamh a bhunú mar anaclann dúlra agus nach mbeadh bainistíocht chuí na talún mar ana-clann dúlra coiscthe ag aon leas de chuid Caomhantas Fia-Éan Éireann sa talamh nó air agus nach gcuirfidh leas Chaom-hantas Fia-Éan Éireann bac ar bhainistíocht chuí na talún sin mar anaclann dúlra ag an Aire Iascaigh agus Foraoiseachta, déanaimse , PADRAIC DE PAOR, Aire Iascaigh agus Foraoiseachta, tar éis dul i gcomhairle leis an Aire Talmhaíochta agus leis an Aire Iompair agus le Coimisinéirí na nOibreacha Poiblí in Éirinn, d'fhonn an ghnáthóg sin a chaomhnú, i bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dom le halt 15 den Acht sin arna oiriúnú leis an Ordú Iascaigh (Ainm na Roinne agus Teideal an Aire a Athrú), 1978 (I.R. Uimh. 195 de 1978) a ordú leis seo mar a leanas:-
I, PATRICK POWER, Minister for Fisheries and Forestry, after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture and the Minister for Transport and the Commissioners for Public Works in Ireland, being satisfied that the land specified in Article 2 of the following Order and owned jointly by the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry and the Irish Wildbird Conservancy, being land to which section 15 of the Wildlife Act, 1976 (No. 39 of 1976), applies, forms both a polderland agri-ecosystem and a habitat of international importance of a number of species of water-fowl which are of scientific interest, including the Greenland White-fronted goose, and that the said habitat is likely to benefit if measures are taken for its protection and that it is desirable to establish the land as a nature reserve, and that the proper management of the land as a nature reserve would not be precluded by any interest of the Irish Wildbird Conservancy in or over the land and that the fact that the Irish Wildbird Conservancy has an interest will not inhibit the proper management of the said land by the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry as a nature reserve, for the purpose of conserving the said habitat do hereby, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the said Act, as adapted by the Fisheries (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 195 of 1978 ), order as follows:—
