Denmark should also have voting rights concerning a large-scale IT system, if it decides under Article 4 of the Protocol (No 22) on the position of Denmark, annexed to the Treaty on European Union (TEU) and the TFEU, (Protocol on the position of Denmark) to implement the legislative instrument governing the development, establishment, operation and use of that particular system in its national law.
