At this stage, the CHED shall have been duly finalised in the IMSOC by the competent authorities of the border control post.

I gcás gearrthacha cumhachta agus suaithí eile ar IMSOC, déanfaidh údarás inniúil áit tionscnaimh na coinsíneachta de tháirgí geirmeacha ó bhó-ainmhithe, muc-ainmhithe, ainmhithe den chineál caorach, ainmhithe den chineál gabhair agus each-ainmhithe atá le haistriú idir na Ballstáit na socruithe teagmhais a leagtar amach in Airteagal 46 de Rialachán Cur Chun Feidhme (AE) 2019/1715 ón gCoimisiún a chomhlíonadh.
In the event of power cuts and other disturbances of the IMSOC, the competent authority of the place of origin of the consignment of germinal products of bovine, porcine, ovine, caprine and equine animals to be moved between Member States shall comply with the contingency arrangements set out in Article 46 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715.
