Le groupe doit être composé d’au moins quatre jeunes, dont l’âge doit être fonction de l’âge général des jeunes participant au programme (13-30 ans). Dans des cas exceptionnels et si tous les jeunes sont des mineurs, le groupe peut être représenté par un adulte.
