- Comment Les titres émis ne sont pas tous identiques mais répartis en tranches successives. Le remboursement de chaque tranche est subordonné (conditionné) à celui de la tranche immédiatement supérieure. La tranche supérieure, dite « senior » bénéficie donc d’une priorité sur la tranche intermédiaire, « mezzanine », etc. En contrepartie, le taux d’intérêt est croissant : moins le remboursement est garanti, plus le taux d’intérêt servi est élevé.
