Toxikologische QSAR-Studien verfolgen das Ziel, Methoden für die Vorhersage der Toxizität eines Stoffes aus seiner chemischen Struktur zu entwickeln. Ihre Grundlage sind Analogien zu anderen toxischen Stoffen mit bekannter Struktur und bekannten toxischen Eigenschaften. L'objectif des études QSAR en toxicologie est de déterminer si la toxicité d'une substance peut être prévue à partir de sa structure chimique par analogie avec les propriétés d'autres substances toxiques de structure et de propriétés toxiques connues.
