Déanfar ailiúnas ag feitheamh ar agra, agus buanailiúnas freisin, a íoc leis an mbanchéile nó le duine éigin a bheidh le hainmniú i scríbhinn aici agus le ceadú ag an gCúirt mar iontaobhaí thar a ceann.

Alimony pending suit and also permanent alimony shall be paid to the wife or to some person to be nominated in writing by her and approved of by the Court as trustee on her behalf.
