Ní dhéanfaidh aon ordú a dhéanfar faoi fhorálacha riail 3 difear do chearta an aturnae agus an pháirtí amhail eatarthu féin.
Any order made under the provisions of rule 3 shall not affect the rights of the solicitor and the party as between themselves.
