I gcás nach mbeidh cúis suite sa tslí agus laistigh den tréimhse ama a dúradh, beidh an t-iarratasóir i dteideal, ar mhionnscríbhinn seirbheála an ordaithe choinníollaigh maille le deimhniú á dheimhniú gan aon chúis a bheith suite a chomhdú, ordú taoibhe a fháil lena ndaingneofar an t-ordú coinníollach (mura mbeidh a mhalairt ordaithe leis an ordú coinníollach).
Where cause has not been shown in the manner and within the time aforesaid the applicant shall on filing an affidavit of service of the conditional order and a certificate that no cause has been shown, be entitled to obtain a side bar order making the conditional order absolute (unless the conditional order shall have otherwise directed).
Ach amháin mar a dúradh, ní thaifeadfar nó ní dhéanfar aon ordú taoibhe.
Save as aforesaid no side-bar order shall be entered or made.
