De bhun Airteagal 14a(1) de Rialachán na gComhphobal Eorpach um Iompar ar Bhóithre, tugtar díolúine, i gcás oibríochtaí iompair earraí inmheánacha a sheoltarlaistigh de 50 ciliméadar ó bhunáit na feithicle, lena n-áirítear bardais a bhfuil a lár laistigh den achar sin.
Pursuant to Article 14a(1) of the European Communities Road Transport Regulation, exemption is granted, in the case of internal goods transport operations carried out within a radius of 50 kilometers from the place where the vehicle is based, including municipalities the centre of which is situated within that radius.
