Leis an Ordú freisin scriostar forálacha a bhaineann le "comhaltaí" den ospidéal agus foráiltear leis gur chóir do dhaoine a bhí ina gcomhaltaí saoil an 31 Nollaig, 1978 teacht chun a bheith ina nGobharnóirí den ospidéal.
It also deletes provisions relating to "members" of the hospital and provides that persons who are life members on the 31st December, 1978 should become Governors of the hospital.
