    Comment "Nach deutschem Recht ist das Recht, den Vornamen eines Kindes zu bestimmen, Bestandteil der elterlichen Sorge. Die Eltern können daher den Vornamen ihres Kindes frei wählen, sofern die Wahl nicht das Kindeswohl beeinträchtigt (vgl. BVerfG, Beschluss vom 5.12.2008, 1 BvR 567/07, http://www.bundesverfassungsgericht.de/entscheidungen/rk20081205_1bvr057607.html). Bei Findelkindern bestimmt das Standesamt den Vornamen (§ 24 Personenstandsgesetz, http://bundesrecht.juris.de/pstg/__24.html ). / Le droit allemand considère le choix du prénom d'un enfant comme attribut de l'autorité parentale. Les parents peuvent donc choisir librement le prénom de leur enfant, à condition que le choix ne porte pas atteinte à l'intérêt supérieur de l'enfant (cf. BVerfG, ordonnance du 5/12/2008, 1 BvR 567/07, http://www.bundesverfassungsgericht.de/entscheidungen/rk20081205_1bvr057607.html).     Comment Lorsque les parents de l'enfant ne sont pas connus, l'officier de l'état civil choisit trois prénoms dont le dernier tient lieu de nom de famille à l'enfant. Tout prénom inscrit dans l'acte de naissance peut être choisi comme prénom usuel. Si un prénom n'est pas conforme à l'intérêt de l'enfant, le juge peut en ordonner la suppression sur les registres de l'état civil.
