    Comment "'Automatic recognition' is understood in this context as follows: - All credits gained during the period of higher education study abroad or via virtual mobility, as agreed in a learning agreement and confirmed in the student's transcript of records, should be transferred without delay and counted towards the student’s degree without any additional work or assessment of the student. - An upper secondary qualification giving access to higher education in one Member State is automatically recognised in any other Member State, for the purpose of granting access to higher education- The outcomes from a learning period of up to one year abroad in another Member State during upper secondary education and training are recognised in any other, with the learner not being required to repeat the programme year or achieved learning outcomes in the country of origin."

    Comment Au niveau de l’enseignement secondaire de deuxième cycle, il peut aussi s'agir du droit de faire reconnaître dans le pays d’origine les acquis d’apprentissage d’une période d’apprentissage effectuée à l’étranger dans un État membre, à condition que les acquis d’apprentissage soient généralement conformes à ceux définis dans les programmes nationaux du pays d’origine. Cela ne porte pas atteinte au droit d’un établissement d’enseignement et de formation de fixer des conditions spécifiques avant une période de mobilité à des fins d’apprentissage ou de vérifier que ces conditions ont été remplies au moment du retour d’une telle période.
