    Comment Das vermutliche Allergen wird in einer Aluminiumkammer auf einen kleinen Bezirk normaler Haut (zumeist am Rücken) aufgebracht und bis zu 48 Stunden fixiert. Die Testreaktion wird nach 48 und 72 Stunden abgelesen. Eine entzündliche Ekzemreaktion wird als positiv betrachtet.
