Leanfaidh an Coimisiún de bheith ag obair i gcomhar lena shainghrúpa, an Fóram um Iompar Inbhuanaithe (agus le foghrúpaí tiomnaithe), chun faireachán a dhéanamh ar fhorbairtí sa mhargadh agus chun riachtanais bheartais ghaolmhara a shainaithint.'
