I gcás ina n-iarrtar ar an gCoiste Infheistíochta úsáid ráthaíocht AE a fhormheas maidir le hoibríocht mhaoiniúcháin nó infheistíochta ar saoráid, clár nó struchtúr í a bhfuil fothionscadail fholuiteacha ag gabháil léi, beidh na fothionscadail fholuiteacha sin san áireamh san fhormheas sin, mura rud é go gcinneann an Coiste Infheistíochta an ceart a choinneáil formheas a dhéanamh orthu go leithleach.
Where the Investment Committee is requested to approve the use of the EU guarantee for a financing or investment operation that is a facility, programme or structure which has underlying sub-projects, that approval shall comprise those underlying sub-projects unless the Investment Committee decides to retain the right to approve them separately.
